House Expectations
Waterway Retreat is located in a quiet gated community and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay.
• Primary booking guest must be 25 years or older
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets (HOA policy)
• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

Rental Agreement Requirement
To comply with HOA community guidelines, the primary guest will be required to electronically sign a standard short-term rental agreement after booking confirmation.
The agreement includes:
• Full legal names of all adult guests (18+)
• Number and ages of minor children
• Acknowledgment of house rules and HOA community policies
The agreement will be sent via secure link shortly after booking and must be completed prior to check-in.
Failure to meet the age requirement or complete the agreement may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb policies.

Additional Note
This is a second-floor condo with stair access. There is no elevator.
Our routine pest control service visits on the second Thursday of each month. If they knock during your stay, please allow them brief access so they can complete the scheduled service
